An Interview with Cris Lomotan

For the past, we have been featuring Cris Lomotan on some of our random collection of hotties.
We have included him on Asian Hotties Part 9, Asian Hotties Part 21, Halloween Special, Random Asians, Part 6,and on Random Asian Hotties Part 5. Never have we had a single entry for him, on which I strongly do believe he, indeed, deserves to have one . This time, to mark our 200th post for this site, I am making the post BIG. I took my chance on doing an online interview with Cris which he gladly accepted. I found out that this guy, aside from having the great looks,  also has the heart to accommodate in his busy time to answer queries from a curious blogger like me. 


So here it is:

tonijr555 : How did you start your career ?

Cris: i started modeling last 2007..i was a call center agent that time and a friend introduced me to her sis who's a model  that time then i tried going to a go see. Unexpectedly, I got in.  Then a modeling agency spotted me in a fashion show "quicksilver and rip curl fshow" then it all started there  I got projects etc..

tonijr555 : What's a working day like ?

Cris: working day for me is like living like a normal person hahaha..

tonijr555 : What do you like most in modeling ?

Cris: What i like most in modelling is that you get along with different kind of people, especialy those people who are what they call "alamat na" (veterans). I get to learn more a lot from them and their experiences and also the tf of course haha..

tonijr555 : How does it feel like being dubbed one of the hottest and sought after model ?

Cris:  i feel flattered and thankful because there are a lot of models who are better than me but still they recognize me as one of the sought after model.

tonijr555 : What are your projects ?

Cris:  projects? hehe so much.Too many to mention hehe but the biggest ones are Rayban ad, Centropele ad, Canon, Metrobank ,Fern Slim for TVc's: Bioflu, Lucky Me,Boysen,Cobra! etc...

tonijr555 : What are your hobbies?

Cris:  hobbies: playing basketball,going to the gym, set up my own car hehe, playing drums and guitars,

tonijr555 : Favorite food?

Cris: fave food: many hehe like sinigang,adobo,bicol express,burgers,pizza,pasta hehe..

tonijr555 : For you what is the most sexiest part of your body.

Cris: sexiest part: hmmm i think my heart??hahaha..

tonijr555 : What part of your body that you least like?

Cris: I think none hehe.  I’m contented with  God given features hehe..

tonijr555 : Any note to your fans?

Another hot Brent. Previously we featured Brent Chua as we ended the 2010. Parallel to that, we would like to open the year 2011 with another hot Brent - his name is Brent Lee Javier.

Brent Javier grew up in Canada. He went to the Philippines to try his luck in basketball but what a surprise, he never knew that something else was in-stored for him.

After winning the Mossimo Bikini Summit in 2003, modeling offers has been given, which eventually led him to be one of the most sought after model in print, TV ad endorsements and ramp.

Brent Javier may have the x factor in projecting himself in front of the camera. He's good in controlling the visual, more on giving the viewers the aesthetics they are seeking. Seldom you've seen him done an interview, I saw him thrice on an TV interview, twice and seldom he really talks. As confident as he is in evoking a lovable yet hot aura in print, it may be a complete reverse when he is now speaking in TV. 

Rumors had it that he is gay, some attested of seeing the guy in Malate kissing a "not-so-hot chub guy" (and I am happy that these are just rumors). Whether true or not, some speculate that this is part of the reason why he does not speak that much in public, supposing that the rumor is true, having him speak in TV gives it a chance of revealing curls in his voice.

 He's too bankable for print. Kind of like reliving the lives of silent film actors such as John GIlbert, that they were great in evoking images that does not speak - more on tapping on the aesthetic values.

What I love with Brent Javier is his slim but ripped body, others may consider him as a twink but for me he looks like a demigod with those long legs perfectly proportioned with his body. I love looking at his eyes, so full of mystery.

As of this moment, in the Philippine media, he is no longer as active as compared to previous years. It is said that he went to Thailand and Singapore for some projects. But I'd like to see more of him again.
